A trainer who has guided generations of young boxers, Rab is the beating heart of the Barn Boxing Club in Coatbridge.
From kids in off the streets to world champions, Rab has been in the corner of countless fighters, and produced more junior champions than any trainer in Europe.
A deeply religious man, Rab sees boxing as his vocation. His unique combination of devotion, discipline and dedication has made him an inspiration to countless youngsters in Coatbridge.
The Cornerman takes the viewer inside the Barn, and captures the essence of the man and his commitment to the sport. With contributions from boxers past and present who have been motivated to succeed by Rab.
